{"id":614,"date":"2016-09-28T13:00:18","date_gmt":"2016-09-28T11:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/velocitenarbonne.wordpress.com\/?p=614"},"modified":"2022-12-21T21:50:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T20:50:00","slug":"pietons-et-cyclistes-circulent-au-peril-de-leur-vie-a-narbonne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/index.php\/2016\/09\/28\/pietons-et-cyclistes-circulent-au-peril-de-leur-vie-a-narbonne\/","title":{"rendered":"Pi\u00e9tons et cyclistes circulent au p\u00e9ril de leur vie \u00e0 Narbonne"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/indep28-09.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1232px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1232\/1100;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Encore un accident mortel \u00e0 Narbonne.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Chaque ann\u00e9e, de tr\u00e8s nombreux pi\u00e9tons et cyclistes sont bless\u00e9s ou tu\u00e9s \u00e0 Narbonne.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">\u00c0 chaque fois on entend des commentaires \u00ab&nbsp;quelle malchance&nbsp;!\u00bb , \u00ab&nbsp;comment est-ce possible&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;incompr\u00e9hensible&nbsp;&#8230;\u00bb comme dans l\u2019article de l\u2019Ind\u00e9pendant du jour.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Les responsabilit\u00e9s sont pourtant claires&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">D\u2019abord, c\u2019est la <b>circulation automobile<\/b>, et souvent le non respect des r\u00e8gles du code de la route (vitesse excessive, non respect des passages pi\u00e9tons etc&#8230;) qui est la principale responsable de ces bless\u00e9s et de ces morts.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Ensuite, c\u2019est <b>l\u2019absence, depuis des d\u00e9cennies, d\u2019une politique d\u2019am\u00e9nagement<\/b> pour les pi\u00e9tons et les cyclistes, situation qui oblige les pi\u00e9tons et les cyclistes \u00e0 se battre au quotidien pour faire respecter leurs droits.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Des quartiers r\u00e9sidentiels, des centres commerciaux, des zones artisanales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites sans que jamais la circulation des pi\u00e9tons et des cyclistes n\u2019ait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue ni m\u00eame envisag\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\"><b>Trop c\u2019est trop&nbsp;!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Comment continuer \u00e0 fermer les yeux devant le m\u00e9pris ressenti au quotidien par les habitants des Hauts de Narbonne, de Rochegrise, de Baliste ou de Razimbaud qui ne peuvent acc\u00e9der au centre ville \u00e0 v\u00e9lo par des voies r\u00e9serv\u00e9es.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Pourquoi doit-on mettre sa vie en p\u00e9ril pour aller acheter \u00e0 v\u00e9lo un clou ou un marteau au centre commercial, alors qu\u2019il n\u2019y a m\u00eame plus de quincaillerie en centre ville&nbsp;?<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Combien d\u2019enfants et de jeunes pourraient utiliser le v\u00e9lo pour se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, au coll\u00e8ge, au lyc\u00e9e si ils pouvaient faire ces trajets en s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Narbonne a un retard consid\u00e9rable dans l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de pistes cyclables s\u00e9par\u00e9s sur les grands axes, dans l\u2019apaisement de la circulation en centre ville, dans le respect des trottoirs et passages pi\u00e9tons.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">L\u2019association V\u00e9locit\u00e9 Narbonne propose depuis deux ans une autre politique.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Notre association pr\u00e9pare un livre blanc pour les d\u00e9placements doux.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Les solutions existent, qui permettraient un d\u00e9veloppement consid\u00e9rable de l\u2019utilisation du v\u00e9lo au quotidien, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Plus de v\u00e9los, ce serait aussi un moyen de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de circulation dans notre ville.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Seule la volont\u00e9 des \u00e9lus de Narbonne et du Grand Narbonne fait d\u00e9faut pour l\u2019instant.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Nous ne pouvons continuer \u00e0 nous taire.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\"><strong>Ces accidents ne sont pas la faute \u00e0 pas de chance.<\/strong><br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Que ce nouvel accident soit enfin le d\u00e9part d\u2019une prise de conscience&nbsp;: la ville et ses voies de circulation doivent \u00eatre partag\u00e9es par tous les usagers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Agissons tous ensemble et vite &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\"> Martin Guillemot<br><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: small;\">Pr\u00e9sident de V\u00e9locit\u00e9 Narbonne<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Encore un accident mortel \u00e0 Narbonne.
