Il y avait auparavant une piste en asphalte noir. Les travaux ont consist\u00e9 \u00e0 retirer l&rsquo;asphalte noir, \u00e9largir la piste et mettre un nouveau rev\u00eatement jaune, qui est le m\u00eame que devant le mus\u00e9e Narbo Via.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi ces changements ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 la demande de La Poste. En effet, la piste cyclable est sur le trajet qui relie le centre de tri de l&rsquo;avenue Andr\u00e9 M\u00e8cle au centre ville. Elle est donc tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e par les facteurs \u00e0 v\u00e9lo. Le trafic \u00e9tant intense par moment, il pouvait entra\u00eener des conflits entre les diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;usagers. La piste \u00e9tant utilis\u00e9e tant par des cyclistes que par des pi\u00e9tons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quid le la qualit\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne pouvons que nous r\u00e9jouir de tout investissement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer la vie des cyclistes. Mais cr\u00e9er des pistes cyclables n\u00e9cessite de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un certains nombres de crit\u00e8res, de bonnes pratiques. Celles-ci sont \u00e9dict\u00e9es par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerema.fr\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cerema<\/a>, le bureau d&rsquo;\u00e9tude des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales. Or, nous ne pouvons que regretter que les services de la ville m\u00e9connaissent ces r\u00e8gles. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerema.fr\/fr\/actualites\/8-recommandations-reussir-votre-piste-cyclable\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">En particulier celle du raccordement entre la piste cyclable et les rues qu&rsquo;elle croise<\/a>. Si les concepteurs avaient pris un v\u00e9lo et avaient parcouru la piste cyclable devant l&rsquo;Arena, leur arri\u00e8re train leur aurait fait comprendre qu&rsquo;ils pouvaient faire mieux. Et si la Mairie acceptait d&rsquo;\u00e9couter les cyclistes, elle ne ferait pas ce genre d&rsquo;erreurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esp\u00e9rons que les v\u00e9los des facteurs ont des selles bien rembourr\u00e9es qui leur permettent d&rsquo;absorber les chocs et qu&rsquo;ils pourront profiter malgr\u00e9 tout de cette nouvelle piste cyclable avenue Hubert Mouly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cet \u00e9t\u00e9, il y a eu du changement sur la piste cyclable avenue Hubert Mouly, entre le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre+Cin\u00e9ma et la Police municipale.
