Et ce fut l\u2019occasion d\u2019une large communication et d\u2019une prise de conscience du retard de notre ville dans le domaine de la cyclabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-le succ\u00e8s du <a href=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/index.php\/2018\/09\/27\/communique-de-presse-dalternatiba-narbonne\/\">village Alternatiba<\/a> en septembre qui a rassembl\u00e9 beaucoup de citoyens pour le climat et les alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-l\u2019inauguration<a href=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/index.php\/2018\/09\/20\/rapport-citoyen\/\"> le 9 septembre<\/a> de la nouvelle voie cyclable, premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/index.php\/2018\/03\/31\/plan-pluriannuel-damenagements-cyclables-lance-par-la-ville-de-narbonne-et-le-grand-narbonne\/\">plan pluriannuel<\/a> de d\u00e9veloppement des pistes cyclables port\u00e9 par le Grand Narbonne et la Ville de Narbonne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-et bien s\u00fbr, tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le succ\u00e8s des v\u00e9lorutions organis\u00e9es par notre association rassemblant chaque fois de nouveaux cyclistes, et la mise en place d\u2019un atelier d\u2019auto-r\u00e9paration mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Au niveau national<\/strong>, l\u2019annonce du plan v\u00e9lo le 14 septembre a conclu une ann\u00e9e riche en \u00e9v\u00e9nements port\u00e9s la la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration nationale FUB (le barom\u00e8tre cyclable, la participation aux assises de la mobilit\u00e9, un congr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s suivi&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 ses insuffisances (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fub.fr\/fub\/actualites\/fub-decrypte-annonce-plan-velo-avancee-incontestable-qui-doit-marquer-debut-politique\">ici<\/a>), ce plan v\u00e9lo est une reconnaissance de la place du v\u00e9lo dans la probl\u00e9matique des d\u00e9placements, et le financement pr\u00e9vu doit permettre de nouveaux investissements cyclables dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon l\u2019impression g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l\u2019utilisation du v\u00e9lo \u00e0 Narbonne pour les d\u00e9placements quotidiens est en forte hausse (hausse qu\u2019on ne peut quantifier faute de comptages ou d\u2019enqu\u00eates).<br>Nous souhaitons passer en nouveau cap en 2019, et pour cela nous avons une proposition simple&nbsp;: <strong>nous voulons obtenir l\u2019ouverture en 2019 d\u2019une Maison du V\u00e9lo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette Maison du V\u00e9lo associative regrouperait<br>-un atelier d\u2019autor\u00e9paration et de recyclage des v\u00e9los<br>-une v\u00e9lo-\u00e9cole assurant des formations dans les \u00e9coles et pour les adultes<br>-un centre de documentation sur les d\u00e9placements doux<br>-un centre d\u2019accueil et d\u2019information pour les cyclotouristes (de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 Narbonne et dans le Narbonnais)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des maisons du V\u00e9lo associatives existent dans de tr\u00e8s nombreuses villes de toutes tailles, et partout elles ont favoris\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement des pratiques cyclables.<br>Les \u00e9lus du Grand Narbonne et de la ville de Narbonne ne peuvent plus ignorer la demande g\u00e9n\u00e9rale exprim\u00e9e par les citoyens et port\u00e9e par V\u00e9locit\u00e9 Narbonne&nbsp;: il est temps de consacrer plus d\u2019argent et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie aux d\u00e9placements doux, qui apportent une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la crise climatique et \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de sortie des \u00e9nergies fossiles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Symbole de la prise en compte de cette n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une maison du v\u00e9lo citoyenne \u00e0 Narbonne marquera le d\u00e9but d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus que jamais, <strong>le v\u00e9lo est l\u2019avenir de Narbonne&nbsp;et du Narbonnais!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"450\" height=\"201\" data-src=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/logo450.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1465 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/logo450.jpg 450w, https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/logo450-300x134.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 450px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 450\/201;\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Voeux du pr\u00e9sident de V\u00e9locit\u00e9 Narbonne pour 2019 Pour le v\u00e9lo, 2018 fut un plut\u00f4t bon cru, faisons de 2019 une grande ann\u00e9e\u00a0!
