c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire l&rsquo;autorisation pour les cyclistes d&#8217;emprunter les rues \u00e0 sens interdit \u00e0 contre sens, doit \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 dans les zones o\u00f9 la limite de vitesse est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50 km\/h.<br>Un article du blog publi\u00e9 il y a trois ans ( on le trouve <a href=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/index.php\/2015\/11\/07\/les-zone-30-kmh-definitions-reglementation-et-situation-narbonnaise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>) rappelait la r\u00e9glementation et analysait la situation \u00e0 Narbonne : la loi n&rsquo;y \u00e9tait pas appliqu\u00e9e du tout !<br>Trois ans plus tard, situation stationnaire : toujours rien !<br>Enfin, presque &#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation de la voie cyclable rond-point du Moulin &#8211; m\u00e9diath\u00e8que, avec pour objectif de relier le quartier de Razimbaud et la gare au centre ville, imposait un am\u00e9nagement de la rue Jean Jaur\u00e8s en double sens cyclable.<br>Malheureusement cet am\u00e9nagement a \u00e9t\u00e9 improvis\u00e9 en plein mois d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt et sans que la signalisation obligatoire ne soit install\u00e9e.<br>Il est d&rsquo;autre part conseill\u00e9 par le Cerema que le stationnement lat\u00e9ral, s&rsquo;il existe, soit du cot\u00e9 droit dans le sens de la circulation, ce qui est l&rsquo;inverse rue Jean Jaur\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/depliant_doubles_sens_cyclables-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1160px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1160\/1852;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En l&rsquo;\u00e9tat actuel, le double sens cyclable rue Jean Jaur\u00e8s est dangereux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s dommage que le premier double sens cyclable \u00e0 Narbonne soit instaur\u00e9 de cette mani\u00e8re, sans am\u00e9nagements et signalisation compl\u00e8te, sans concertation avec les associations cyclistes, sans information du public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il n&rsquo;est pas trop tard pour mieux faire !<\/strong><br>-Concernant les panneaux, nous esp\u00e9rons qu&rsquo;ils seront install\u00e9s d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but septembre&nbsp; (leur absence est probablement li\u00e9e aux cong\u00e9s annuels des fabricants de panneaux &#8230;)<br>-Au sujet du stationnement, nous esp\u00e9rons qu&rsquo;un concertation sera possible pour aboutir \u00e0 des am\u00e9liorations.<br>-Pour ce qui est de l&rsquo;information, V\u00e9locit\u00e9 Narbonne jouera son r\u00f4le d&rsquo;association citoyenne, au forum des associations du 8 septembre, lors de la v\u00e9lorution du 9 septembre, et en informant largement les citoyens et les m\u00e9dias.<br>-Cette premi\u00e8re application du double sens cyclable doit \u00eatre le pr\u00e9lude \u00e0 sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation dans tout le centre historique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour plus
