{"id":1748,"date":"2014-10-15T10:13:40","date_gmt":"2014-10-15T08:13:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/velocitenarbonne.wordpress.com\/?page_id=1"},"modified":"2026-02-16T10:56:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T09:56:30","slug":"a-propos","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/index.php\/a-propos\/","title":{"rendered":"Qui sommes nous ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"634\" data-src=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/love-velo2.jpg\" alt=\"Qui sommes nous ?\" class=\"wp-image-65 lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 600px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 600\/634;width:300px;height:317px\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/love-velo2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/velocite-narbonne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/love-velo2-284x300.jpg 284w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;association V\u00e9locit\u00e9 Narbonne a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en octobre 2014 par un groupe de Narbonnais persuad\u00e9s que le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;usage du v\u00e9lo et des autres moyens de transport doux (marche \u00e0 pied, skate, rollers, trottinette&#8230;) pour les d\u00e9placements quotidiens est aujourd&rsquo;hui une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour retrouver en ville, et \u00e0 Narbonne en particulier, une qualit\u00e9 de vie et des relations&nbsp;humaines disparues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;usage du v\u00e9lo comme moyen de transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rassembler et d\u00e9fendre les usagers de la bicyclette, am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des cyclistes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribuer \u00e0 rendre la ville plus humaine et la rue plus conviviale, diminuer le bruit et la pollution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e9d\u00e9rer les initiatives citoyennes (partage, ateliers coop\u00e9ratifs de r\u00e9paration, recyclage\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moyens :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L&rsquo;association&nbsp;: <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aide, informe et forme les cyclistes en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et ses adh\u00e9rents en particulier, par tous moyens (rencontres-d\u00e9bats, bulletin, site internet, r\u00e9seaux sociaux&#8230;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formule des propositions et en discute avec les pouvoirs publics au niveau local.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organise des manifestations militantes et festives (v\u00e9lorutions, sorties d\u00e9couvertes&#8230;) ouvertes \u00e0 tous pour affirmer la place des cyclistes dans l&rsquo;espace public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assure la pr\u00e9sence des cyclistes dans les m\u00e9dias locaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adh\u00e8re \u00e0 la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fub.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Usagers de la Bicyclette<\/a> (FUB) et collabore avec les associations cyclistes de la r\u00e9gion. Elle coordonne ses actions avec les associations sportives de v\u00e9lo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nos statuts :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La version actuelle des <a
